would like to inform you that we have made changes to the process of using
health benefits for all policyholders with health insurance coverage under any
policy. Effective May 29, 2025, policyholders will be required to pay medical
expenses upfront and submit claims directly to the company. This change
suspends claim services through hospitals in all cases, including both Fax
Claim and OPD cashless services, until further notice.
