The Extraordinary General Meeting
of Shareholders No. 4/2025 (the “Meeting”) of KWI Life Insurance Public Company
Limited (the “Company”) was convened on Monday, 8 September 2025, at 2:00 p.m.,
in the form of an electronic meeting pursuant to the Emergency Decree on
Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (2020) (the “Electronic Meeting”), and the
Notification of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society Re: Standards for
Maintaining Security of Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (2020), as well as other
applicable laws and the relevant rules of the regulatory authorities. The
Meeting was broadcast live from the Octaverse Meeting Room, No. 43, Thai CC
Tower, 26th Floor, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa Subdistrict, Sathorn District,
Bangkok, Thailand.
